ATTENTION ALL TWILIGHT FANS WHO COME HERE EXPECTING TO BITCH ME OUT. HA! GO AND BLOODY MOAN AT SOMEONE ELSE!
As you can see, I've disabled comments. Why? Simple. My tolerance for stupidity has reached it's limits. Apparently parents are not teaching their 12 year olds the proper way to speak to people. Their schools are not showing them the correct way to spell. And society is doing a bad job of pointing out to them that not everyone will share their opinion, that everyone is different, and getting bent out of shape about it is one of the stupidest things a person can do.
So lets cut to the chase, shall we? I believe that the Twilight Fandom has become a disgusting monster. It devours poor souls and ruins their minds. People actually believe it is the epitome of good literature. Shakespeare? Who's that? Meyer is the way to go!
Screw that shit...
These people are being made to believe this "new" take on the vampire. A vampire... without fangs... and who, rather than dying in the light or getting weaker, sparkles and becomes more beautiful. The authors fantasy? I think so.
But my problem isn't with the book. Not originally. NOW I hate it. The more I learn the more I hate. And, just so people know, I've read most of the book... or as much as I could stomach. I flicked through a lot of the tripe. Still, I hate the book. So the next one to tell me to read it and my opinion will change, can go and take a swim in the fiery lakes of hell. Because I have, I have not been enlightened, you argument is flawed.
My REAL problem... is with the fans. The Fandom. It's... a disgrace to fandoms. I can't count how many fans of the book commented to this stamp to tell me that, yes, they loved the book... but the fandom made them hate it. That is WRONG! You fans are kicking yourself in the teeth, me hating the book is doing nothing but stating my opinion. By obsessing and ranting at people who disagree or who just say, "Okay, I kinda like it." rather than "OMGZ I LOVE IT!!"... You're ruining your fandom and your chances of being a bigger and better fandom.
Childish. That is what I see what I see Twilight fans. Closed-minded idiots. You all should be ashamed of yourself. Ruining the book and the fandom for others, ruining it for people who haven't read the book and who get curious, but seeing how the fandom is get turned off the idea. It's disgusting.
I stand by my stamp. You gotta SHUT THE HELL UP about your book and the fandom. It's not "all that". It doesn't "rock". It's not "the best". There are much better things and books out there! Get a life, get a library card, and go and read a REAL book! AND LEAVE ME TO MY GODS DAMN OPINION! I have every right to dislike the book and/or the fandom!
Thanks~!
