I have the same problem with a couple of main characters in my comic book universe. Just because they're mutated humans who took on the genes of animals doesn't mean they're furries. I consider there to be a difference between a superhero mutant and a furry.

Yea. I defend furrys against haters so, All the haters are 100% im a furry. Its irritating

Problem with this stamp. It'll genarally (95% of the time) be used by furry-haters. Very well said though. I wasn't a furry until furry-haters started on me for being nice to a furry. Its amazing how stupid people can be isn't it?

The way I treat my fursona is that she's me, but I'm not her. She can reflect any thoughts or ideas I have while remaining a separate identity. I'm not even sure she qualifies as a fursona. |D If the furry name wasn't so negatively connotated, maybe I would attach myself to it, but I don't believe in "furry pride" or anything ridiculous like that deeply enough to put my honor on the line. Humans are humans, I don't care what the hell you think. :/ Personally, to me, you cross the line into furry when you wear a fursuit. To me, it's like saying "this is the skin I wish I wore".

I'm not a furry. I do not believe people are animals (that's just plain weird.)

I DO infact have a fursona. it's anthro ánd non-anthro. I like anthro art too (depends on the maturity.)
I fursuit. but I am NOT a furry.
and I agree with MythicAzurel, but I've quit the fandom because of that.

it goes too far very quickly.

It does go to far some times, like how it was portrayed in CSI. and wait, you like anthros, have a fursona, and fursuit, but your not a furry? That doesnt make any sence what so ever lol you have all the aspects of being a furry ^^ plus the fursuiting
